With my Toyota Innova E 2.5 DSL 2011 A/T 2006 with me for almost 2 months already, here're are my usual computations on Toyota Vios Fuel Consumption
for city driving in Metro Manila, horrible stop and go traffic even on EDSA Toyota Innova' fuel consumption is around 8 kilometers per liter, with my relaxed driving style and easy on the gas, stay on my lane but my Innova is realy new thus still under "break in period."
My recent trip to Pangasinan via NLEX, SCTEX and the zigzag going to Bolinao gave me 11 kms/L.
I wonde how it would be like if i use it on the expressway with constant speed of, say, 80 kms/hr?
I will wait for the mileage to rise around 5000 kilometers and check again. with the prices of diesel and unleaded gasoline kept about P10 apart, and my Innova gaining ground to give me that reported 11 km/L fuel consumption.
I heard stories from other drivers about almost same results for their manual cars but mine's an automatic. Is it due to my driving style or just that the rumor that manual vs automatic in terms of fuel consumption is not that big difference?
Toyota Innova J
Toyota Innova E
Toyota Innova G

Toyota Kijang
Uncomplicating the Complicated stuff from a guy who's not can be really technical, with lots of ideas on hand but no time to blog.

Lytro Light Field Camera Prices, Specifications
I signed up for advance notice from Lytro, the maker of the first ever light field camera, months ago. This time, they sent me an invite to be one of the first "photographers" wishing to get their hands on the new cutting-edge camera.
Lytro camera price: $499 for 16GB, $399 for 8GB
Lytro camera lens aperture: f/2
Lytro camera price philippines? probably around P25k :(
But my usual problem is how to ship the camera to the Philippines without getting too much customs charges, I'm willing to pay duties but not outrageous ones earlier charged on a trial shipment to myself.
I imagine how much would the Lytro camera price be in Hidalgo, Quiapo, Manila should it ever find itself there.
Hope to get a lytro camera next year so I can get sample images and pictures using the cute device.
Imagine how it would revolutionize photography that can make Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, Pentax, Kodak and other camera makers take notice :P
